Nanoscience and Nanotechnology lie at the intersection of basic sciences and engineering disciplines, characterized by interdisciplinary nature. Istanbul Technical University offers thesis-based master's and/or doctoral programs related to nanotechnology in the following main departments and sub-disciplines. As ITUnano Nanotechnology Research and Application Center, we always support the Research and Development studies conducted in these departments and encourage scientists conducting master's and doctoral studies or involved in project works to apply for the use of our center and related equipment and infrastructure.
